After using another company and agent for 6 months with no offers, our contract expired. My husband and I prayed what to do and who to reach out to for help. We received information from Wade Stover in the mail and when I opened it, I knew and felt in my heart this was the gentleman to contact. He came to our house, sat at our table, and we felt like we had met a friend. His appearance was impeccable and he acted with topnotch professionalism. His knowledge about selling our home was so easy for us to understand. Wade kept us informed 100% through the entire process. Wade was very nice ,understanding and helpful right from the start. He stayed in contact with me and shared his knowledge and opinions about ways that would help with listing and selling my property. That really meant a lot to me because he showed me that he honestly wanted to do as much as he could to help me sell my property.
